There is one spell in World of Warcraft that I love above any other. With it, it is possible to deliver death in one cast, or to create instant hilarity for all to witness. It is, THE best spell.
Having said that, I believe it could easily be improved to be 10 times as funny, while not requiring any rebalancing and will not effect gameplay at all.
